We only gather the information required to operate Partnerlys, enrich campaign intelligence, and secure your workspace.

• Workspace data: company name, plan, billing owner, teammate roles
• Contact details: name, email, authentication metadata, support history
• Campaign intelligence: briefs, creator lists, performance notes you upload
• Usage telemetry: device + browser data, feature usage, error diagnostics

How We Use It

Processing is limited to delivering the service you requested, improving our ranking models, and communicating with your team.

• Generate creator shortlists, reporting packs, and opportunity alerts
• Provide customer support and notify you about workspace activity
• Monitor platform stability, fraud, and policy violations
• Train anonymous machine-learning models that power matching accuracy

Retention & Deletion

Workspace content stays until you delete it or your contract ends. System logs are deleted or anonymized within 90 days unless laws require longer retention.

When We Share Information

We never sell your information. Data leaves Partnerlys only when necessary to run the service or obey the law.

• Infrastructure vendors (cloud hosting, storage, monitoring)

International Transfers & Security

Your data may be processed in the EU, US, or Singapore by VOCOB INC. and its sub-processors. Every transfer is backed by encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and strict vendor reviews.

Partnerlys is built for professional teams. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Let us know if a minor has provided data and we will remove it promptly.
