Partnerlys Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Partnerlys or creating a workspace you agree to these Terms of Service. If you represent a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to this agreement.

2. Service Description

• AI-assisted micro and nano influencer matching
• Campaign workflow tools, dashboards, and reporting exports
• Opportunities desk, resource hub, and team collaboration features

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to your team
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incidents
• We may suspend accounts that violate policies or harm platform integrity

4. Acceptable Use

• Don’t upload illegal, infringing, or deceptive content
• Don’t attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or resell the platform
• Respect local advertising, disclosure, and data protection regulations

5. Content & IP

You own the briefs, insights, and materials you upload. We receive a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering Partnerlys. All platform technology, look-and-feel, and data models are owned by us.

6. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with at least 30 days notice.

7. Availability & Support

We target 99.5% uptime and provide in-app support during business hours. Planned maintenance or incidents will be communicated through the status page.

8. Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may terminate access for repeated violations or non-payment. Upon termination your right to use the service ends and we will delete or return your data according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Partnerlys and its affiliates are not liable for lost profits, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Singapore, unless another jurisdiction is mutually agreed in writing.
